Well it is almost time days to go and things are in full swing for the CR-0 Music Conference. We have a number of music industry specialist speakers who will be covering various areas of the music business with essential information on how to achieve your goals of success in the music industry.
We have chosen specific topic areas relative to the explosion of independent music being released so for all who wish to make independent music or those who still aim to interest the major recording companies the information which will be given on the day will be necessary to your development.
The Event will feature 4 seminars broken up by networking and a light lunch. Registration is at 10am for the first session to start promptly at 10.30am.

Session 1 (10.30am – 11.30pm)
How to really get that recording deal!

Don’t believe the hype, many people tell you this and that, and they have the number to the head of this company or they have contacts to the head of A&R for that company, mostly it’s a bunch of lies and if they can get you to meet someone are you ready? If you want to learn the real way to get a deal (not just any deal but a good one) and be ready get down to this session , don’t be late you may miss something important.
This session features the Musicians Union who offer a wide range services for musicians and artists, not to be missed!

Session 2 (12noon – 1pm)
Digital Music, Social Networking & Online Marketing
For those who missed the first online promotions seminar you missed out on how to be a part of the future of music. Well just because we have a good heart, we have brought Leena Sowambur back to keep you up to date with the future of digital music and online music promotions.

Session 3 (2pm – 3pm)
Licensing & Music Video Production
Ever wondered what music licensing is, or are you wondering how to license your music? Come down and find out the other ways to make money from your music.
Also many independent artists and companies are releasing their own product and are deciding on making a large investment in a music video. If you are thinking about doing this then learn the do’s and don’ts from a pro.
Session 4 (3.30pm-4.45pm)
Get that gig or Festival
Most artists or bands have sorted out how to get product recorded but getting gigs and festivals is a major problem. If you can’t play live half of your promotion is down the toilet. Live performance is the most effective tool to convince people to buy your product. So come and learn how to get on those gigs and festivals from someone who knows how.
