Croydon Arts Ambassadors presents IGNiTE
Although this event is aimed at a younger age group then Croydon Music generally addresses we feel we should recognise the work the Art Ambassadors do in regard to music in the borough.
The Arts Ambassadors are an organisation who works with young people between the ages of 14-19 and run s a scheme for 14-19’s from Croydon who want to get experience of working in the arts, producing live events for other young people and developing their skills.
They have their key event 3 times a year called Ignite and this coming march is their 5th instalment of the club/performance night. On the 25th March (still a little while to go) they will be hosting two days of short films, performances and dancing in a safe environment. Croydons first Gospel Music Festival
Croydon will have it’s very own Gospel music festival for the first time.

Croydon’s Got Talent
Croydon is on the hunt to find the most talented individuals in the borough. To do this Croydon will be holding their very own version of the hit TV series “Britains Got Talent”. So if you believe you have what it takes to win this competition and you live in the borough you are free to enter.

Purley Music Week
From the 12th – 21st June Purley will host it’s music week celebration with 25 venues hosting live music over 10 day culminating in a live music event in The Rotary Field Purley.
This year the music festival will feature venues from South Croydon and Coulsdon.
If you wish to participate in the festivals, applications will be accepted up to the 11th June, all applications are welcome.
